Eco Bañitas Tulum

Location, size, vibe and general feel were awesome. Staff were just brilliant

I dont understand The hype of this accomodation. It was dirty, there were thousands of mosquitos everywhere, even Inside the cabaňas. There Are some mosquito nets but there Are holes in them so it does not help. There Is a strong smell of the hydrogen-sulfide (rotten eggs) from the near mangrove. Beds are small (180cm in length) which is terrible combination with the mosquito nets because mosquitos can bite through it. The rooms are really dark. The access to the beach Is really complicated through some other hotel. It was really noisy due to the generators running the whole night in the neighbouring hotels. This was the worst accomodation we had in mexico And it wasnt the cheapest. We bought 2 nights but run Away after the first.

The place itself is quiet and taken care of by the staff. The help from Brenda was delightful, as her personality lights up the entire place. She was helpful in every kind of way.

We booked the room with shared toilet and bathroom, and were located in cabana #7. This is not a spot we would reccomend for a couple, since there was only place for a bed. It was simply too tiny and a lack of privacy. The roommwas invested with musquitos, as there was no net around the bed. We would advice to transform this into a single bed, for a solo traveller, and assure musquitos can’t get in

Great place and good value for the money. The only minor detail is no AC. Everything else was fantastic. Very cool and unique bathroom. I recommend!

Nothing

The serenity and look and feel of it. Unlike a lot of other places in tulum this feels more natural. Bed was very comfortable, room was spacious and the staff very nice. Breakfast included was minimal but good!

The airco of the neighboring property is unfortunately blowing all day and night which disturbs the peace a bit. But they can’t really do much about that I guess:)

We loved the jungle setting, the beautiful bungalow and the open air shower was an added bonus. The beds were super comfortable and the breakfast was delicious! Excellent value for money

We loved everything and wished we could stay longer there. No complaints here!

We were looking for a place in the nature, avoiding any big cement buildings more adapted to Tulum? Co.Bañitas offers this feature. Real wooden and simple huts with comfort. What you see in the pictures is what you get, don’t expect luxurious or fancy. We stayed in a room with own bathroom, loved the shower outside (no roof) within the trees. Breakfast is very good. Cristal prepares for you every morning, thanks Cristal!

Cristal, the lady responsible welcoming you highly suggested to put earplugs at night. Unfortunately there is a big power generator from other properties (hotels) next door and it is extremely noisy 😞. We followed Cristal’s advice and we could sleep well. To go to the beach you get access through the hotel 2 Ceibas 5 mins walking. A very positive point, room is provided with drinking wa potable water, meaning you don’t have to buy plastic bottles. Thanks for this !!
