Nice accomodation in Tulum.

Gen-set didn't work and for a couple of nights fan was off...

Great location, clean and comfortable. We stayed in the a room with a shared bathroom outside but all other guests had their own bathrooms in the room so it wasn’t a problem at all. Delicious pancakes for breakfast!

At night electricity was shut down for couple of hours so it was hot in the room with no fan .

It was really cool, just like the Fotos. There were moskitonets everywhere so there were no bugs or anything like that in the room even though it's right on the outskirts of the jungle, honestly surprising! Salema from the reception was super nice and helpful as well

The reason I book this place, I like the fact that it was an echo hotel and green in nature, close to beach etc.

1) mosquitoes!! The first night be a ride. I got bitten by mosquitoes so badly that I suffered the rest of my trip .  Yes I have applied a mosquito repellent and wore pants / long sleeves etc.  2) the room was too hot to sleep in even though we had fans. Couldn’t go out and sit outside either because of the mosquitoes. So bad that we had a tour the other day. 3) our room was very close to the road and too busy/ noisy 4) breakfast was the only plain egg, beans and bread. I would expect more fruit, cereal etc

I met great people and slept so well. I didn't have a mosquito net though but was perfectly fine without it in my unit. Very friendly staff

Very cute little area in the south part of tulum outside of the city, tons of beach clubs, restaurants and shops and near the biosphere.

You are on the jungle side of the road and because of this there are lots of mosquitos. My private room/bathroom had a mosquito net but a friend I met, his shared room did not. It’s also somewhat difficult to access the beach from here as there’s no public access but sometimes you can ask nicely and they will let you through..you can also pay a minimum on food/drink and get access and use their chairs etc. in the biosphere some are more affordable and feel more like the “old tulum” in my opinion..

A price that can't be beat for the hotel zone of Tulum. Staff was super friendly and knew the clubs and day activities.

The mosquitoes were absolutely everywhere and I had to hide in my room after dark. The included breakfast was a small portion. The stairs to the upper room are terribly spaced and I slipped a few times.
