La posizione bellissima direttamente sul mare, la piscina molto scenografica, le stanze minimali ma di ottimo gusto e le strutture in legno direttamente sulla sabbia e le sue palme , danno un’immediata sensazione di relax e atmosfera tropicale dove il tempo si dilata, dettato dall’ alternarsi delle maree

Varietà nel menú giusta per soggiorni brevi ma non per chi sosta più a lungo. Rumore della pompa dell’acqua dietro alla nostra camera un po’ fastidiosa.

We planned to visit Zanzibar for a two-week holiday plus a week working remotely, and it’s fair to say we hit the jackpot finding Mango Beach House. With only a few nights initially booked at Mango, we hoped to find someone knowledgeable on the island who could steer us clear of tourist traps and help us strike the right balance between relaxation and authentic experiences—and that’s where we met Beth. After a day or two soaking up the stunning seafront views, delicious veg samosas, and expertly prepared cocktails, we asked Beth for advice on exploring the island. She turned out to be an experienced travel consultant with a network of trusted guides and drivers who helped us experience the island exactly how we wanted—without a hint of pressure. After spending a couple of days in the north of the island, it became clear how much we trusted Beth’s taste, so we returned “home” to Mango Beach House for the rest of our trip. We worked remotely on the high-speed Wi-Fi and enjoyed the unmatched food, service, and vibe until our heart-wrenching departure back to London. We won’t be looking anywhere else when we return to Zanzibar!

“Our vibe attracts our tribe!“ That’s the motto here at Mango Beach House and what can we say? It’s absolutely true. It’s one of those rare places that feel instantly right the moment you arrive. Beth and Dullah have created something truly special: a place with soul. For the soul. Each room is so unique - in size, in style, in character. Yet all share the same magic touch: an incredible sense for detail and design, filled with charming little treasures Beth has collected over the years. You can feel the love that went into every corner. The incredible work that they put into renovating everything recently. And the love for Zanzibar and its people. The team is wonderful - warm and kind and always making sure you have the best time. Nicolas makes the best cocktails on the island (trust us: try the Piña Coladas!) and the food is simply outstanding. Cooked with heart and so much flavour. We explored the whole island and Jambiani is by far our favourite spot. So much more calm, authentic and full of relaxed people. The village has its charm and the sunrises are magical. Seriously: Mango Beach House is a place to unwind. To cuddle with Jenga, the house cat. To chill in or by the pool or the sea. Or to meet new people, if you’re in the mood. A true home away from home and a heartfelt recommendation for everyone looking for a place with soul, style and genuinely amazing people. Best, Luisa & Tim

An idyllic hotel right by the sea — the view is absolutely stunning. Everything was spotless, and the service was impeccable. The restaurant offered excellent value for money, and the food was delicious. The staff were truly lovely, and the owner went above and beyond to organize all our activities. A perfect stay!

Like most accommodations in Zanzibar, the sound insulation isn’t the best. It can be a bit noisy for light sleepers.

La atención y el trato fue excepcional. Totalmente recomendable, la habitación era muy acogedora y justo alado del mar, que hacía disfrutar de los amaneceres directamente desde la cama. La comida de 10, todo buenísimo mucho sabor. Y el servicio muy atento, y dedicado que te hacían sentir como en familia. Lo recomendaría 1000 veces, además creo que es el alojamiento más bonito y con más encanto de toda la zona de paje y jambiani

Kleines, super süßes Hotel mit wunderschönem Pool direkt am Strand. Sehr sauber, ultra leckeres Essen und super Service und Personal. Beth & Dulla macht bitte so weiter - wir hoffen euch bald wieder zu sehen.

Das Bett könnte etwas bequemer sein - aber das ist wirklich meckern auf hohem Niveau
