Mango beach, con il cambio di gestione, è un vero paradiso! Si presenta curato nei minimi dettagli e niente è lasciato al caso. Minimal-chic, unisce lo stile tipico africano a un design accattivante e ricercato. Beth, così come tutto lo staff, è stata meravigliosa, dolce e premurosa con ogni nostra esigenza. Grazie per averci accolto in questa perla a Jambiani per la nostra luna di miele.

Petit hôtel familial de quelques chambres. Magnifique extérieur idyllique, très très propre, avec un accès à la plage et jolie piscine. La nourriture est excellente, généreuse et relativement peu chère. Les cocktails de même. Le personnel est très agréable. Je recommande pour quelques jours.

La chambre est très très sommaire. Pas de quoi ranger les vêtements, pas de mini frigo, pas de vrai fenêtre ni porte donc les bruits en continu dans la chambre, de la musique en passant par les autres touristes ou encore les employés qui débarrasse/nettoie.... énormément de moustique car pas de moustiquaire au lit malgré ceux aux "fenêtres" qui ne servent à rien à cause des trous. Très forte odeurs d'humidité..... la salle de bain très limite également. Cela reste correct pour 3 nuits mais il faut s'y préparer. La musique était beaucoup trop forte pendant les repas à notre goût.

We really regret not staying here longer – we actually enjoyed it much more than in Nungwi. Beth is an amazing host, and her hospitality made our holiday truly special. The place is new and continuously being improved. When we booked, the pool wasn’t even built yet, but by the time we arrived, it was ready. The staff are extremely kind, and the food is delicious – the chicken shawarma is a must-try! Beth also helped us with everything, from airport transfer to programs, and always replied instantly. In terms of value for money, this was the best place during our whole Zanzibar trip. Prepare for an authentic experience – if we return to Zanzibar, we will definitely come back here.

Tout : Beth et Dullah sont des hôtes extraordinaires, bienveillants et disponibles, le personnel est gentil et au petit soin (mention spéciale pour Fadé et Olivia), l’hôtel en lui-même avec son jardin très merveilleusement aménagé en gardant l’authenticité de Zanzibar, et son emplacement au bord de la plage, pour contempler l’océan et la vie locale au gré des marées. Un endroit paradisiaque avec des gens merveilleux !

Très joli cocon rénové avec beaucoup de soin par Beth et Dullah, de supers hôtes ! Quel plaisir de s'endormir au bruit des vagues et de se réveiller avec un des plus beaux levers de soleil de Zanzibar !

Mango Beach House is truly a hidden gem that exceeded every expectation we had. From the moment we arrived, it felt like coming home—only better. It's the kind of place where you instantly feel at peace, yet there's always something to discover or enjoy. Every corner of the property is beautifully designed, with an incredible eye for detail. Each room has its own unique character and charm, making the whole stay feel personal and thoughtful. But what truly sets this place apart is the team. They go above and beyond to create an unforgettable experience. Olivia serves every meal with a warm smile and is always there when you need her. Fadhil crafts delicious cocktails that quickly become your favorites. Ru introduced us to the rich flavors of Swahili cuisine—using incredibly fresh ingredients—and thanks to her, we fell in love with this food for the first time during our long trip. Marco oversees everything with care and calm, adding to the welcoming, homey atmosphere. Lucas and the gardener make sure the grounds/pool area are spotless and beautiful at all times. And then there’s Beth and Dullah, the amazing owners. They are simply wonderful—kind, helpful, full of great tips, and always ready to assist with anything from taxis to excursions. Their personal touch makes all the difference. If you're looking to experience Zanzibar at its very best, Mango Beach House is the place to be. We left with full hearts, relaxed minds, and memories we'll treasure forever. Highly recommended!

For several reasons, we had to postpone our stay at Mango Beach House, in Jambiani, three times in the past. Finally, 2025 was the year for something long awaited. The expectations were high, but the reality surpassed them. A dream spot, right on the beach. The facilities, the outdoor and sea temperature , the sound of the crows, the breeze and the waves, the laughter of the children at night playing football on the beach, the food (delicious breakfast and wonderful meals), the friendliness and availability of the hosts made us wish that it could be our 'forever home'. And the truth is that during our stay we felt that it was also our home, thanks to the warm welcome from Beth, Dhula, our extraordinary chef Hemé (don't know how to spell it) and all the rest of the staff. There was also the opportunity to do some additional activities suggested and organized by Beth, namely a boat trip in typical Dhow, through the beautiful waters of Jambiani, as well as an unforgettable Mangrove tour, which ended at sunset, in a vibrant atmosphere in a bar in Michamvi.
