Jedzenie niezbyt dobre, zwłaszcza kolacja (makaron z mozarellą, która okazała się cheddarem i było to bez smaku)

Sehr freundliches Personal, sehr reichhaltiges Frühstückbüffet mit Brot-Omelette-tropische Früchte-guter Kaffee-Tee-weisse Bohnen- Cerealien etc etc., auch das Nachtessen im Restaurant war superlecker, direkter Blick auf den Kivusee, im Badezimmer standen Hygieneartikel zur Verfügung und ein Getränk wurde auch bereitgestellt. Schade, dass wir nach nur einer Nacht weiter mussten.

Nice location. Updated facilities. Lovely restaurant setting overlooking Lake Kivu

No aircon and with windows open, bit of a risk of flies in room.

The staff was SUPER friendly! They’re just amazing and very concerned with your comfort. The lakes’ view was something breathtaking. I just feel bad I couldn’t give any tips (it was the end of my stay and there is no ATM nearby). They also arranged a nice short boat trip. Thank you again for the nice stay and kindness. I do recommend!

Unfortunately one of the lights in my room was not working, so it was a little bit annoying packing my staff early morning when it was still dark. They also don’t serve beer in restaurant 🙁
