Villa Santai Bali

For our needs property was great located. Rooms are specious and clean, bathroom’s clean and comfortable. Can’t say nothing bad about the rooms. Definitely property has that “Balines” climat and touch every tourist looking for! Cleaning staff was helpful and did their job. Nearby you can find small cafe, restaurants and shops. Everyone can find something for themselves.

Whole place ( apart from bedrooms ) have seen better days. Definitely need refreshments all over the garden, kitchen, swimming pool. Slightly confusing is a fact this whole place it’s 4 separate small buildings/bedrooms, couldn’t find any information about that. And it’s rented separately for bedrooms, so you can find yourself sharing this place with other tenants. In our case we rented 2 bedrooms and 2 others stayed empty ( apparently waited for refurbishment) Unfortunately as soon as we had problems there was no contact with the owner/company who is responsible for the property. We had problem with running water- needed to flush the toilet with water from the pool! Happened one evening we couldn’t take a shower because of it.. And on top of that main switch was kicking off frequently so in the middle of night AC went off several times. Besides that property was ok, but I would not choose it for my next visit.

Unfortunately very large geckos had dominion of the thatched ceiling above the bed. It was common to find large gecko poop on the bed and needed to put a Mosquitoe net up to keep it off during the night. We left after the first night and asked for a partial refund for remaining nights and received zero replies from management even after months of arriving home. Also had wifi issues and received no assistance. I don't recommend it despite friendly grounds staff. We won't be coming back.

the rats, the poo, the mold, the kitchen that didn’t work, the lack of water for our first few hours at the villa (flush didn’t work), the insects everywhere, the dirty pool, the lack of communication from the staff!!!

Room was full of death bug bath and bed were dirty.

It was a big gecko in the room it was big one.

Is not as in the pictures, like not at all. Dirt, mold, animal fecis, absolutely disgusting and not healthy. Mold is not good to breathe. The kitchen was disgusting. Dead bugs all over, HUGE spider on the bed. Super noisy. I've asked for a refund, but neither the owner or booking are refunding me. It was supposed to be an holiday, but honestly is super disappointing when you have this kind of surprises.

I would like to be there,It was quite and nice.

Lizards everywhere especially on the roof, facilities not changed for new visitors, I found blood on bed. no TV.
