The pros to the property included the sink in the master bedroom and the updated kitchen and the mountain view.

Where do I start? The pictures listed are false advertisement. The house requires attention that the owner seems to not want to do as the same reviews from a year ago are what I am complaining about as well. Upon arrival, the house looked abandoned and dirty inside and out. It was overgrown on the entire property to the point that the driveway was lined with cement blocks that cut a slit in my tire which had to be towed and then had to uber a ride to the Knoxville TN airport to get another car. Spiders and roaches were both killed while there for the weekend and the windows had cobwebs on everyone of them. The jacuzzi tub was beautiful but unusable as there was no where to keep the water from draining out. The upper back deck had old plants and an old highchair sitting in the corner. It was dirty out there. The kitchen chairs need to be replaced or repaired as your butt falls thru the middle of them. Three broken chairs were left on the covered deck and the gas grill was filthy and had no gas in it. The filter to the house hadnt been replaced in a long time. The door leading to the basement could not be locked from either side so anyone can have free rein if you are not home. The basement is a separate unit to rent. Every walkway was overgrown with bushes and old bikes were left outside in disrepair. The door that leads to the master bedroom is pitch black outside at night. No lights to help with the walk to the car. This truly was a living nightmare!! And on our last nite there, the platform frame in the master bedroom broke and fortunately my handicapped spouse was not hurt.

everything. this is the WORST place i have ever stayed! it was not cleaned, the grass was tall, you could tell some doors had been kicked in, it did not feel safe at all. it was like something straight out of a criminal minds episode. we left the first night and paid for something else. the second day we went back to get some groceries we left in the fridge that wouldn’t fit in the hotel and there was a smell of something dead so bad it mad us throw up. do not pay for this place!!

Porch was big and the inside was nice and so was the living room with the big windows and big tv

House was okay, it could’ve been so much better clean wise if the grass would’ve been cut prior to people arriving since it was really overgrown. There was some dust on some on the dressing table in the room and there was also a lot of spider webs on most of all the windows, the rooms were clean but it seemed like the trash that was being cleaned got swept under the bed since all the trash was there with food wrapping and dust.

The house was big and roomy. The floors were clean. Although is wasn't as new and nice as expected we enjoyed our stay.

The place was hard to find. We circled around 3 times before finding the road leading up the hill. I don't remember reading that there were no towels. We had to go buy some towels. There was no coffee pods. We brought our own coffee pot and supplies. We also had to go buy light bulbs for the hallway and bedrooms. There were stink bugs in the bathroom. The supplies in the kitchen were limited. The refrigerator had an awful odor. There was only one extra garbage bag.

I loved the location and the owners was really nice .. The house was very quiet and comfortable but it lacked on the cleaning part!!! The house could really use a deep clean and the cleaning crew should actually clean!! Other then the cleaning the house was perfect for us 😊
