Location and all the space

I liked that it was spacious and it cleanliness.

I didn’t like that we weren’t informed that someone stayed below us.

The house was ok. We really enjoyed the covered porch.

The beds. The grass needed to be cut and it had weeds that were 3 feet high in the front yard. When we got there there was 3 wash cloths for 7 people. There wasn’t batteries in all of the remotes.

One bed was uncomfortable. Clown picture over jacuzzi has to go.. Yard needed mowing bad because it gave the appearance of being run down.

It wasn't very clean. Had a lot of light bulbs that didn't work or were missing. Nowhere in the property description did it say anything about the basement that looks to be occupied.

I loved everything about this home and property! The views were amazing, the home is so so comfortable! The bath was my favorite part. The beds are incredibly comfortable. Not too soft but not too hard either. I am quite picky about beds and they were perfect. The kitchen is gorgeous also. I loved the porch and activities provided! The host was more than accommodating. The hospitality and consideration is fantastic. Great communication also. I can’t wait to stay again!

The fact that it had so many brs and the jacuzzi tub was amazing

The house is actually nice and comfortable. There wasn't any extra fees or cleaning fee. Has a large kitchen, large covered deck to hang out on with a large flat screen. It was Valentine's day and he knew it was a couple so he did have rose pedals wine and glasses set up waiting on us witch was great and a beautiful begining to our stay. (we don't drink tho)

My biggest issue is that the add dosent say split property or anything showing that the house is split into 2 rentals one upstairs one downstairs. Next issue deals with first. If you rent the top floor like we did and someone is staying downstairs Wich there was. If they park in front of the garage there isn't anyway to get by so you have to back down the hill and use the gravel driveway Wich is a little rough on your vehicle. There was big flat screens in every room but only living room TV was able to be used cause it was only smart tv and there isn't TV service.
