Mid-Century Vintage Brick Ranch Upstairs Guesthouse

It was nice very pleasant with a little up keep on the house and the property it would be really nice

I seen several roaches and when I messaged the property they got very defensive i was just letting you know what i seen.

Location was good and layout was good with plenty of room.

Property has an ant and roach infestation. Grass has not been cut this year.

Where do I begin… the yard was overgrown like a hayfield! They did send someone the next day to mow it. Their were roaches and ants everywhere. Several bags of trash underneath the outside stairs that stunk so bad. It didn’t look as if there had been any dusting done inside the home in months! As far as cleanliness goes it was terrible. I would not recommend this property to anyone! On a side note there was also some random red car parked in the driveway that we never did figure out who it belonged too. The pictures you see in description are nothing like the actual house. Don’t be fooled. I learned my lessson. And also no communication from the property management

This property met our need of a last minute stay in a good location. It was easy to book, find and utilize. It fit all 6 of my family members for a cheaper price than having to get 2 hotel rooms. The kitchen was updated and seemed in good shape, although we didn't utilize any of it for our overnight stay. The master bathroom was also updated and a decent space. We could tell the renter was trying, we think. Almost as if this property is in process of becoming a better space.

However, none of us felt safe within this house, from 8 years old to 45 years old. This includes our downstairs renters popping up in our space at 10:45pm. We had set "a trap" by a door that led to downstairs and didn't lock either way. At 10:45pm the "trap" makes noise and there are our neighbors whom we didn't know up in our space. The master bedroom door is broken and the knob just hanging. The door leading back outside was left unlocked. There was trash in the trash cans. BUGS, alive and dead were everywhere. My son killed 6 while he was there. The grass was not cut, which just gave it an upkept, creepy fell along with everything else, including the clown picture above the master tub, the creepy fox taxidermy that's looking upwards and one bedroom no having an overhead light that works nor curtains on the window. The couches were broken when sitting on them. The beds were hard. So in all, it personally made me feel like we were about to all be murdered. The zip ties in the window sill didn't help this feeling. None of us slept well this night, got up at 5am and out by 6am.

Nothing do not book if you want a good experience/ trip we had no air all week and had no clue we would be without air until 40 mins before check in

No air and the host could not be bothered to help us and offered 40% refund we have yet to see even tho I think we should have gotten close to a full refund. We had two kids and pregnant lady in the summer heat and host never offered any options when talking after the fact about refund he said if I would have left the first night he could have given a full refund but he had said the air would be fixed by next day which essentially had us wait til it was too late for a refund and then he acted as if we were negligent in staying and expecting refund. We tried to make the best of a situation we had no preparation for and no help from host or booking bugs from windows left open and also roaches in sink trash disposal

The location and view were awesome! The house was also nice and clean.

I didn’t have A/C at all and it was miserable during the day. Had conversation with the owner daily and finally a technician came out Wednesday to say the unit was history and no good. Half of my party left to go stay at a hotel and they spent more paying for a room after paying for this rental. We drove for hours to enjoy ourselves and relax. Neither one was possibly. Overall did not enjoy my week.

It was beautiful the views were breathtaking we loved it

The house was beautiful inside and out, The person I delt with was very helpful and went the extra mile to help with some misunderstandings on my part, which was greatly appreciated. Looking forward to hopefully staying again very soon.
