The property has cock roaches an the owner didn’t care wouldn’t refund us so we could find somewhere else to stay so we left early

The property was nice!! It was clean also!!

The fact that the last night, we could not use the stove because the breaker kept getting tripped and the microwave also stopped working. The host did pay $40 toward our meal for the night for the inconvenience!! The road leading to the property was very dark, it could use a some lights

Smell like cat pee there was clothes in the dryer the freezer was dirty and the motion lights outside didn’t work at all

The house was a nice size.

The home needs to be updated. The sink in master bathroom does not work. The light in the second bedroom does not work. There are people living in the bottom half of the home. The bedroom door looks like it's been kicked in. Some of the burners on the stove did not work. The home owner is very rude. We found old dog poop under the master bed. Will never book again!!

Plenty of room

No hot water, the bathroom sinks didn't work, only 2 burners on the stove worked, very outdated, only the family room tv has channels, the oven had someone else's pizza and wings boxes in it, only 1 smoke alarm for the whole place and it didn't work, there were cock roaches in the kitchen and bathrooms. Refrigerator shelves not very clean. Master bedroom door looked like someone had kicked it in before. Twin beds looked like a kid had made them the top sheets were folded at the foot of the bed laying on top of the comforters not on the beds the way they belonged.

It is a great house to stay in while visiting.  Plenty of room and has about everything you would need. We had plenty of blankets, all the basic kitchen utensils for cooking and eating our own meals and the Roku was perfect for TV. The location is perfect, not right in town on top of everything but close enough to get to anything fairly quick.

Most of the beds were fairly uncomfortable and hard. The toilet off of the master bedroom had issues when we arrived and there are some damages around the house that guest should just be made aware of before they stay so that they don’t think it’s on them (just based on our previous experience). There was also someone stay downstairs one night who smoked and it made the whole upstairs smell.

The inclusiveness was ok but we weren’t told that there was a basement and people would be down there.

There was a lot of grass that they didn’t cut so we definitely couldn’t stay outside if we wanted to.

Like the location. Off the busy streets. Easy travel to and from.

Plumbing was functional however didn't look professional. Maybe a handyman install? Needs a little work. And grass was high. No place to put trash. Could use an outside trash can. Bees are building nest on porch as well. Ants came I cabinet where store food. We moved the food and had no more issue.
