super rapport qualite prix. je recommande la chambre pour 4. en haut a cote de la cuisine avec la petite terrasse vue sur la lagune. c'était calme et très sympa.

pas de clim. mais un ventilateur pour chaque lit

- La chaleur intense dans les chambres. - Petit Déjeuner qui n'en est pas vraiment un... - Impossibilité de check out avant 8h, car la grille est fermée à clé et celle-ci doit être rendue la veille. Le numéro à appeler en cas de besoin ne répond pas.

I had my headphones stolen by the staff I forget it on my bed and when I call the hostel to ask for it, the girl who clean my room just laughted at me on phone and say that she doesn’t care earphone is nothing I can just buy a new one Really disappointed about that and about the miss of respect in this situation

Room was insanely hot, impossible to sleep in, direct sunlight, doesn’t cool down at night, no fan, no a/c, it's a death trap. I asked if they had rooms on the ground floor and was offered one that felt like a basement, no bed, just a mattress right in front of a glass door, one meter away (hello everyone, my privates are all for you to see). I agreed to take it because I had no choice, like I said, sleeping in the original room was impossible. Receptionist didn’t want to make the bed (mattress) for me, the volunteer said he could if I left him a tip. I ended up asking for sheets and made my own bed. Mattress was filthy, covered in sand and footprints. Bonus perk: music blasting all night, not even earplugs helped, felt like I was sleeping in a club. On a WEDNESDAY. Music didn’t stop until 5AM. And started again at 7AM. Felt like some kind of sick psychological experiment. It didn’t end there. Morning came with no running water. Staff used the bathroom and didn’t try using drinking water to wash their hands, then cut fruit for everyone. I didn’t put two and two together in time, but this unhygienic mess turned my stomach. I had to use the bathroom. Whole thing was already disgusting but having to relieve yourself with other people’s feces and piss piled up and the stench hitting your nose was the cherry on top. I planned to stay 2 nights but after everything, I asked for a refund for the night I wouldn’t be staying. They refused, said maybe they could offer a foot massage. I don’t think I need to say anything else. I picked this hostel based on reviews saying it wasn’t a party place and would be quiet. It was one of the worst nights ever. Stay away.
