La Embajada Hostel Bacalar

Excellent location. Comfortable common area.

It's an amazing hostel with a community feel to it really nice. The location is amazing with a nice view on the Laguna. The staff is really accommodating nice and there for you. The hostel is a really clean and beautiful design with a big kitchen 😍 Really recommend this hostel.

Nothing all is perfect

I liked everything, if you want a place with the best location without paying so much and a place with a lot of calm and peace this is a good one so far.

Not enough bathroom and all toilets are inside the bathroom, so sometimes you have to wait 30 min… Bunk Beds in the dorm are not so comfortable (moving a lot) No AC Kitchen was not so clean They say breakfast is from 8am to 10am, but at 8 the guy who prepares breakfast starts to cut the fruits and make the coffee, so nothing is ready before 8:15-8:20. I had to leave at 8:20 the last day and i didn’t have much time for beeakfast.

The hostel is beautiful, right in front of the laguna. People are so nice and volunteers also helped me a lot when i lost something. The breakfast is good, with fresh fruits, coffee or tea and toasts. Rooms and bathrooms are clean, and common areas are nice and relaxing.

No curtains for the bed and was disturbed by someone one their phone with the blue light until very late at night. There were also moths in the room and I was anxious that my clothes would be eaten
