Point Water Front Quayside

Place is nice but full of cockrotses. Living room Kitchen some of the rooms . The beds did not have bedding over it . Aircone was not working well very hot .

The location of the area is so nice and quiet

We waited for almost an house for our host to bring us keys and when we arrived at our room it was stuffy they didn't even open the windors. We couldn't use the towels since they were all wet hanged on the hanging line, there was no coffee or tea set provided for us, there is a braai stand but we couldn't use it since there was no gas cylinder of which they said they were going to bring us the braai stand but they never did, only one tv remote was working alm of them didn't have batteries. And the place was not clean at all

This apartment is advertised as luxury but it was a stay from hell. The air-conditioners are disconnected and there wasn't even a single fan. Windows difficult to open and dirty. The entire apartment is infested with mosquitos (not even a mosquito plug or spray provided) The entire apartment is infested with cockroaches even the microwave and fridge(we had to throw out most of our food. The beds have bugs. Kids had to leave during. the night and stay with friends. I would like a refund as we didn't sleep a wink what was supposed to be a special family trip was the most horrid stay we ever had not to mention everything we had to throw out because of the roach infestation. I stayed in other apartments in this building with zero issues. This apartment is anything but luxury. cheapest of the cheap condiments and facilities. Extremely disappointed and not worth the money we paid.
