Point Water Front Quayside

Excellent location

The place looks stunning, with nice furniture, with great views and it's easy accessible

It was not clean, there were left over soaps from the previous occupants with soap scums, soap dish loaded with dry soap scums, fridge full of dirt with black and red marks. TV was not playing

The location perfect and love the view

The air conditioner was not working and the balcony is closed but when it rains the rain get inside

The place was nice with sea view.

The bathroom was liking .linen not clean even the living room was dirty.The worse part was that an hour before we are about to check out ..there where people saying they are going to clean the apartment ..moving up and down opening doors and windows and smoking..yhooo we felt intimidated shame

The host was super friendly and the location was superb. The apartment is on the beach front with amazing views, and it's within walking distance to South Beach, uShaka Marine World, the harbour and some cute restaurants. The security features in the apartment block are top tier, using facial recognition to access the gates, main door, the elevator and every floor. It's, objectively, a lovely place to stay in. It just needs professional fine-tuning.

Upon arrival, the host asked for a R2500 "damages" deposit which was not mentioned anywhere prior, claiming it was to safeguard against any breakages on our part. We did get the money back, but that was very unprofessional. Further, the apartment was not clean! One of the toilets did not flush, there was no toilet paper, there was used soaps in the showers and the cleaning supplies smelled like rot. There was a big pile of junk on the balcony! Even putting our groceries in that fridge felt like a health risk. The "private pool" that is advertised here? It's a communal pool on a completely different floor!

Owners were flexible with the arrival time and accommodated us evey though we ran quite late.. They met us and gave us access.

The apartment was nice and open for family. The rooms are big and up to standard. The kitchen The location, everything we need was accessible. The security officer on the reception was really patient and polite.

The house was not tight clean, because there where smell of cigarettes in the kitchen dustbin,the bed room was not clean also the bathroom.
