•aircon not working (no fan as substitute) •toilet in main bathroom not working •light in guest bathroom not working (no windows in bathroom) •mouse poo in the fridge •host has not explained complex rules so we left trash inside the unit as we did not know where to take it •drop off of keys has not been arranged so i left it at security •house is very dirty and dusty (all towels smell like damp). •bad smell of smoke in the unit •on arrival the place was not clean yet. •This is not a private pool its a complex pool one floor away from unit. •no build in braai or braai at the facility. .no solar or generator in load shedding as advertised
