The property architecture. Food was good.

1. Inflated pricing for food. Absolutely ridiculous. 2. Rooms had water seeping through the walls. 3. There was no room service available on a few nights. 4. Housekeeping was very ineffecient and bad, they even created a mess in the room and spilled the drinks. 5. The rooms were suffocating as the windows were glued shut. 6. Due to lack of ventillation and water seeping through the walls, the room smelled bad throughout.

Good location. Staff were very good, courteous. Good taste is excellent

Air conditioner effect not good. No proper car parking space Dining: Food takes a lot of time Shower- No pressure pump

The property has maintained its traditional structure and incorporated modern amenities tastefully. Welcome desk was friendly and helpful

Restaurant service was not very organized and slow. The restaurant closes at 9 PM which is early for certain travellers who reach the place kate as there are no other eateries nearby open at that hour. They could have a limited menu open for the night

Location not that great

Personnel aux petits soins. On nous a même préparé le petit-déjeuner à l'emporter le jour de notre départ à 6h00 du matin. Le directeur de l'hôtel en personne est venu s'enquérir de savoir si nous étions satisfaits de notre séjour. Nous avons reçu un petit cadeau de départ. La chambre est magnifique avec tout le confort, un minibar et un coin salon. WC et salle de bains séparés. Jolie piscine avec une belle musique en toile de fond. Excellent Spa avec des masseuses d'un grand professionnalisme. Très belle terrasse sur le toit.

Petits détails : on doit traverser le restaurant pour se rendre à la piscine ce qui m'a un peu gênée. Nous avons dû demander des serviettes qui n'étaient pas posées en bord de piscine.
