The pillows and the bed are not very comfortable

Hôtel boutique magnifique, doté d'une belle piscine et d'un très bon restaurant. Plus belle chambre de notre séjour, immense, à la literie extrêmement confortable. Ne pas louper le thé dans le salon rouge, avec ses "snacks" du Chettinad. Un délice !!

Un seul désagrément au moment du paiement, car l'établissement n'accepte les paiements par carte bancaire étrangère qu'avec un taux de change très défavorable.

Great ambience and authentic

Beautifully remodeled traditional Chettinad home . Unfortunately although we were at the lotus room , one whole ring of the hotel , we could not shower at night due to hot water issues as well as in the morning still working in hot and cold water !! Doors were not shutting properly in the bathroom , could not get back in from the tub area in to the room as staff weee fixing continuously no privacy to relax !! Cost of this stay per night was $450!! I expect luxury at this rate . Manager disappeared and didn’t come though we waited to discuss our concerns . We did call Expedia and complain as well immediately . Will not be staying here ever

food is expensive and not really good value for money. Free breakfast is okay but generally the catering seemed understaffed with long waits and hassled staff

Over priced. Park hotels only brand nothing is up to their standards. Food was pathetic n it's over priced. Rooms stinks as bathroom inside has vents. Extra bed provided was sofa cum bed. Nothing is in order. Instead visala cgh is worth it.

Lunch was too bad for the price they charged. Not at all Worth. Disappointed on the breakfast too. Not worth the price. Don't book at lotus palace hotel. Never go to eat also.
