Great cozy cabin, plenty of living area space and would be perfect for a small family. Close to castle rock and other attractions in the area.

Access to the river would be a dream but I am sure the lower part of the road is likely owned by someone else.

A bit far from town but is okay if you drive! But trade off with the view you get.

This was a little hideaway in an isolated location, with an exceptionally well equipped kitchen and a lovely open view. It was very spacious and very clean. The bonus was the lamas in the paddock next to the retreat which you can feed. Also the bear to keep you company on the sofa. The retreat was some distance off the main road, but the directions and information to access it were spot on.

There was nothing not to like as long as you are comfortable being in an isolated spot.
