Nothing at all

On arrival there was no key fob for the parking as described, we were informed the last guest list this. There was an over powering smell of air freshener the gave one guest a severe headache. The place was in a general state of disrepair. The small was so bad that we could not use the front room. Getting the keys was a stress because they were not in a key safe as described on booking.vom. Smell of drains in bedrooms . Did not expect a £200 deposit but to be fair that was in the small print. This was supposed to be a relaxing stay for my staff and it turned out to be a nightmare for them. When the girls complained to staff about the smell of faeces they were just informed that there had been some plumbing issues! Really apathetic attitude to all the problems

apartment was clean, beds were comfy, property was secure, car park was great. Also had good wifi.

the TV only had limited access to view, we couldn’t open the windows and it was very hot when we stayed, wasn’t sure if there was air on but also couldn’t work it and didn’t want to press random things we didn’t know.

Spacious, clean and comfortable. Ideal location for our needs. Great support from owners too.

Very clean and exactly what we needed for the night, when we needed to contact the property owner they answered straight away and was very polite and helpful.

Everything was perfectly fine, the only issue we came into was how loud it was from outside, with people screaming at 3am outside, but being on the ground floor that’s something that can’t be avoided

Clean tidy and a professional service would highly recommend!
