LUXURY SEA BLUE-Birmingham central apartment

Great apartment in an ideal location situated near the city centre. The apartment was impeccably clean and loved the decor. Most notably, the host’s communication was outstanding..truly 10/10.

Very clean, beds comfortable and showers nice and hot. Great communication from host.

The property is located on the ground floor and the kitchen area backs onto the bin store for the building therefore the kitchen had an unbearable smell of bins that no amount of air fresheners would cover.

Wow it was so much bigger than we expected, and had everything we needed, location was fab! The two bathrooms came in very handy!! So easy to get around Birmingham from its location, there was some building work going on but you couldnt hear it. Loved the fact that the car was securely parked and the space was just outside the entrance door.. fantastic access for his mum who uses a stick!! Highly recommend!!

The location was very good, quite near to the main coach station, as well as the town centre. The host was very responsive to all the queries.

1. The sofa bed was too dusty, which we saw only after unlocking it to make bed. 2. The corners of the bathtub had moulds. 3. There were not enough toilet rolls . 4. There were only two, finger sized, shower gel tubes and almost no hand-wash, in both the bathrooms. 5. There was no dishwashing soap. 6. At the end when we were hoovering, we found that the hoover was too full, due to which there was hardly any suction.

Kitchen smelled and had McDonalds rubbish in bin, very old and run down, sofa was basic and wasn’t clean - huge let down

All of it - best bit was the parking
