LUXURY SEA BLUE-Birmingham central apartment

The property owner was extremely helpful and patient when we needed assistance. It’s in a great location (about a 15 minute walk to the bull ring). A really good corner shop on the same street which came in handy. Apartment was clean and had everything you need, from kitchen appliances to spare quilts and blankets. Plenty of wardrobe space too. Would 100% recommend.

Property was clean , good interior design Clean linen Complimentary shower gel and shampoo given Was worth the price- can sleep 6 Great communication from the host Would visit again

Easy check in great location

Unfortunately the property was very dirty and the bathrooms hadn’t been cleaned at all. Neither had the corners of any room and the laminate floors were very sticky. The sofa bed hadn’t been made up and when I opened it it was dirty witn food. The bins were disgusting. And with this being a last minute 1 night stay as we had missed a flight, all we wanted was a hot bath,a couple of bottle of beer and a bed. There were 4 bath towels between 6, no bath mat and bathroom floor was disgusting, no bottle opener and very uncomfortable beds. The property was unlocked when I arrived I was asked to leave it unlocked when I left but I refused. In fairness the host tried his best to help but i should not of had these issues in the first place.
