Hygiene, Health & Safety, and not up to rental standard.

Location was easy access. Close to beach and shops. Walk along seafront was beautiful. Gardens were kept immaculate and very clean. Shop owners came across as very helpful, polite and pleasant, I purchased some lovely gifts to take back home. Annex was situated in a very quiet place. Very clean and had all facilities within the Annex. Good power shower and plenty of ventilation. We had one small issue but, it was quickly sorted out by Darron & Samantha once we contacted them. Also kept us updated about the issue we had.

Bed was to low being I suffer from Osteoarthritis and Arthritis in both knees, which made it very difficult for me to get up from the bed.

The annex was very cosy and close to the seafront - which was precisely what we were looking for. The sea was quite literally a 2 minute walk, and Eastbourne town within 10 minutes. It had everything you needed for a short stay and was definitely budget friendly compared to many other alternatives.

At times the annex could become very stuffy and humid, which was fine because there was a fan for us to use. However sometimes it would take ages for towels to dry despite all the windows open and fan on.

Decor was lovely, I felt very comfortable and enjoyed my stay

It was a bit hard to find but I got there in the end

Very good over all.Nice place. Close to beach and town. We used it as a base for both work and leisure, which is very good for that. As could come and go as you liked.

We had a few issues with power going off for short periods of time without a known cause. Although resolved itself quickly. So didn't contact owner. Bed was a bit low. But very comfortable for sleeping
