"What a great find!"

Excellent location, so close to the beach. The Annexe is a good size & the road was quiet. Host was very prompt and helpful with arrival/departure instructions & answering queries before our stay. If we return to Eastbourne, we'd love to stay here again.

The low height of the bed, otherwise comfortable.

Pictures do not give this place justice. Everything is really good quality. Very comfortable bed. Good power shower. Everything brand new. Very clean. Location could not be better. Had no issues during my 1 week stay. Easy access with lockbox. Highly recommend
