"Perfect for a base if you had a car."

Washing facilities were great, there was a pool and reception were good when we needed a tv remote and additional pillow.

We didn't realise it was so far from Desenzano centre - without a car it was difficult to walk 45 minutes daily one way. The beds weren't that comfy and there was blood on the bathroom wall which was off putting.

Перфектно за почиващи с автомобил, чисто и с хубава гледка през прозореца. Много лесен достъп, без среща с домакин. Стаята беше чиста, нова и поддържана. Има на разположение сешоар, ютия, душ гел и шампоан, което е много удобно за пътуващите със самолет. Комуникацията беше лесна. Има налична пералня в общо помещение. Има басейн и асансьор.

Отседнахме за 7 дни, но нито веднъж не се почисти стаята и не се смениха хавлии и спално бельо. Матракът беше малко неудобен за мен.

Hyvä sijainti ja uima-allas kiva. Sängyt hyvät nukkua.

Asunnossa 5 ilma vaihtui huonosti, ilma oli tunkkainen. Seinillä jälkiä kosteudesta. Meillä oli vuokrattuna kaksi asuntoa samasta kerroksesta eikä viereisessä ollut samaa ongelmaa.

La villa Caterina est un bel établissement extérieur, avec terrain clos, parking et piscine.

Pas de balcon ou de terrasse dans le studio, très mal insonorisé, bien aménagé mais manque table pour manger. Piscine pas bien entretenue.
