Host Mike was amazing. Explained how everything worked in detail for us. Very polite and accommodating. We had a ferry to catch the next day at 15.00 so he let us check out at 12. The port entrance is a 3 minute drive away which was very convenient. The room was spacious with everything you need. Bed is super comfy and we had a great nights sleep. Large bathroom with powerful shower and free toiletries. There’s also a fridge in the room

Wonderful stay everything was perfect, great bed, warm room, very clean, tv was great lots of channels. The restaurant had a good choice of food cooked to perfection. The staff are always asking if you are ok and couldn’t be more helpful.

Proximity to port is excellent, facilitating changing travel plans, and there is great view of the harbour and historic Martello tower. There is a well equipped kitchen which is useful if travelling outside of normal hours.

Good location on the waterfront with plenty of parking on the road outside. The room was clean and spacious if just a tiny bit old fashioned. The kitchen area was a very good bonus and, as we were the only ones staying (there are three rooms) we had it to ourselves.

Lovely size room and great amenities in the kitchen. My only slight complaint would be a little cold without the heating on as the room (3) was not double glazed. The owners did explain that this is in the process of being rectified..would definitely stay again, possibly the end of January next year.
