Great location, lovely staff. Cool bar with tasty pizzas! Nice big windows in the rooms.

Slightly run-down, but does the job! The fan in the bathroom doesn’t work so gets very humid.

A good solid ski hostel, with comfortable clean rooms. The breakfast was everything we needed for a day on the mountain, and the beds and bathroom were comfy enough to sleep well each night. The staff were amazing, helping us to send our boards back via courier, and the bar downstairs has some of the best pizza and garlic bread we've ever had, at very reasonable prices. Only a short walk to a rental store and a choice of 2 lifts, this is a great place to stay for anyone who's just keen to hit the mountain all day and sleep it off with a full belly. We'd definitely come again.

Staff were incredible particularly Graham who helped us with anything we needed. Location was fantastic, great value for money accommodation. Would for sure stay here again!

Eagle Lodge is a simple property in an excellent location in Wadano. Graeme was an attentive and helpful host during our stay. The staff helping him run the lodge are happy and helpful and full of tips to make your stay amazing. The provided breakfast was simple enough to fill the tummy for a full day on the slopes! At the end of the day, we made our way down to the Shogun Bar for excellent pizza and Chuhai!! In the 4 nights we were there we didn’t eat anywhere else! Located just 50m to Spice rentals and 50m to the shuttle, we were so lucky to have spent our time here and recommend it highly if you want somewhere warm and comfy without the price tag!

We needed to purchase soap and other toiletries we hadn’t brought with us. Being a lodge they aren’t provided.

The included free breakfast (choice of 2 cereals and toast) was good.

We reserved the "Double or Twin Room", which says it comes with a queen bed. The picture on the site also shows a queen bed with 2 night stands. Our room had two single beds on opposite sides of the room and 1 night stand. There was hair on both beds and in the shower. One bed was scratchy, as in it felt like an itch on my back while laying in the bed. We were only provided a bath towel per person and no hand towels. We were told it cost 200 yen per towel change at any point in our stay (4 nights). The room did not feel like it was cleaned prior to our check in so we tried to spend as little time as possible in the hotel room. It felt like we were staying in an outdated dorm room. They have wifi but it is very slow.
