Hakuba Eagle Lodge

Good Location and great hosts. Rooms are basic but if you’re here to ski they are sufficient! Showers are hot and the bar downstairs has amazing pizza and cheap drinks!

Maybe some more hanging spots in the rooms for coats/ jackets etc

Good location, close walk behind rhythm to get to the Happo one ski fields. And the bus stop across the road was great. Hosts were great, I got a lift from the bus station on arrival (arranged first). Then got a ride back to bus stop to go home. The lady at the front desk is really nice and goes out of her way to help.

Graham and wife are so nice & welcoming. Picked us up from the bus station, directed us to the best slopes and things to do around town. Decent breakfast selection, kept us full for the slopes in the morning. Good pizza in the bar downstairs. Walking distance to Happo One, town and bus stop for all other slopes. Would highly recommend and return to Eagle Lodge for another ski season.

A bit out dated but they are getting a facelift this 2025 off season. Will definitely be a place to return.

The manager, Graeme was one of the nicest host we’ve ever met in hakuba. He was really accommodating to our trip, he briefed us on where we could explore for food and fun. He guided us to the facilities and his own personal recommendation. The room given was very spacious. The best part of our stay was that, manager Graeme fetched us upon arrival in hakuba and fetched us to the station when we are departing. He even have snow rental gears which were a lot more cheaper! Highly recommend this place.

The local knowledge of the front desk staff absolutely made my stay. Timely, accurate recommendations for getting around made my stay much more enjoyable.

A great stay at the Hakuba Eagle Lodge. The location is extremely convenient, with frequent buses across the road to all the main ski resorts. Walking distance to many restaurants, bars, shops and ski rental facilities. Staff were exceptional, all very friendly. Special mention to the lodge manager Graeme who went above and beyond to ensure all guests were looked after. He helped us tremendously, and was very approachable and knowledgeable about the area. We felt very comfortable and at home during our stay! Thank you Eagle Lodge, we will happily return again!
