The Corduroy Hotel

The shared “ common area” was exceptional! The layout was super chill and wonderfully done , if ur there on ur own or in a small group , it’s just a great set up , kitchen offers to sell drinks and food can be ordered for breakfast with notice , no tv so that’s a new idea as it’s just read , listen to their music or ur own electronic devices , but remember that’s if have the place to yourself x place has room up to twenty inviduals , so if all using the place swimming , cooking , drinking etc then it’s a open slather x

Hmmm , the steps up to upstairs have no handrails and are just cement tiles irregular in size so a little concerning for those not so “ nimble” ,the toilet downstairs is a bit ridiculous , why have a spa in there ? No one can use it ? I’m like what’s this about ? Still haven’t worked it out , safety deposit boxes in two rooms couldn’t be fixed so that was concerning to both groups ,the location was the biggest issue as isolated esp if raining , but all 800 meters away which doesn’t seem much but it is at night and if raining . Staff very very nice and helpful, we paid for two nights but left after one as the shortcomings including the common area share with people cooking , using phones to talk loudly , swim etc and I’ll end with bathroom very tight as toilet u have to sit to the side lol 😂

- Very comfy bed - Friendly staff - Great vibe. Very chilled and relaxed and edgy setting - Lovely sized pool with plenty of sun beds

- To walk to the bars, beach, restaurants you have to walk at least 10/15mins but at night down a very dark poorly lit road - fine for me but my partner didn’t always feel comfortable - Bathrooms were very small - Quite a lot of ants by the pool. My partner and I got bitten badly

Very relaxed and intimate environment - felt like a home away from home! The self serve bar was great. Staff were lovely and super helpful. Great playlists and art :)

This art hotel with its lofty character and full of design artefacts is a very special place. The staff and the owner of the hotel are always friendly and helpful. The beach and restaurants are only a short walk away.

Unfortunately in some rooms there are no wardrobes or shelves to store your clothes. Luckily it was possible for us to switch rooms. Thanks again!

This is truly one of the most beautifully decorated hotels I’ve stayed in. Gorgeous place with really friendly staff and close to the beach, bars and restaurants.
