The beds were incredibly comfortable and cosy. Our room was spacious and light, fit with a heater. The shared Japanese style shower was a highlight!!!! The view from the common space was breathtaking and the staff were so friendly and offered to drive us places where possible!

Only fault was a mirror in the room would be handy. Based at the bottom of the village however only a short 15 minute walk up to the top, with plenty of onsens and food options close by

The room was very spacious, and the kitchen was stocked well enough for us to have a good breakfast! We truly appreciated the car rides to the Nagasaka ski lift in the morning. The staff were also very friendly and attentive. Although our room did not have an ensuite toilet, the common toilet and shower were nice and clean.

As the common room was closed after 10pm, we would feel bad if we had to ask them to leave it open a little longer just for us although it was stated that we could do so.

Fabulous! Very comfortable, the beds, pillows, shower all fantastic. The communal kitchen and lounge area were superb. So modern, comfortable and clean. The staff were great even offering us lifts into town when we were tired of the walk, which was the only small downside to our stay.
