The view is breathtaking, the owner has just the most chill and friendly vibe..breakfast was delicious

The host is very friendly. Views are breathtaking.

Very hard to get there as it is extremely steep. When we visited it was raining and the room got flooded because water was dripping from the roof. On the second day it was raining in the morning so the owner couldn't reach the accomodation so we couldn't get breakfast for 3 hours which disturbed our plans for the day. But we would appreciate better communication about that. Also bathroom is horrible, when you shower everything gets wet! It seriously needs some adaptation. The bed didn't have sheets on blankets, and the bed was pretty small for european standards.

The property is located 2-3Km away from the town of Ella. One needs a tum tuk to reach here. The view from the property is good, but the facilities in the room and service are not upto the mark.

The host is not warm and hospitable. He ghosted us on the day of our checkout, without informing us and later on citing that he was unwell. He wasn’t answering our calls, but answered the call of the lady living next door, and didn’t even show up till we checked out. Not a very hospitable and responsible behaviour

Shiraz was an excellent host - very helpful, friendly and made delicious breakfasts!

This is an excellent place to say. It's an ideal distance from the busy centre of Ella - not too far, nor too close - so it's peaceful and pleasant. The views from the window are outstanding. Getting a tuk tuk is very easy, particularly with the help of the host. Shiraz is a fantastic host - helpful, friendly and provides a brilliant breakfast. The room was comfortable and cool, with a kettle provided for tea. Thanks again to Shiraz for being such a great host!

Mountain vibe ella is an amazing place to stay. The room is comfortable and very nice furnished. The breakfast made by Shiraz is the best. Shiraz as a host is just perfect. He is so friendly and helpful with everything as well you can have good Billard matches with him in town! We highly recommend to stay at mountain vibe ella

The rooms are very well maintained and very comfortable, with exceptional views. For the price you’re paying, you get more than you’re asking for. Shiraz, the host, was very helpful and cordial. Especially the breakfast experience Shiraz prepares is very good.

The hot water pressure was not good in the shower. Also, the location is quite far from town and tuktuks are not very available after dark.
