Mountain vibe ella

Shiraz is really doing his very best to make his guests feel comfortable. His breakfast was very good and varied. He's serving real Srilankan tea, not just teabags. It's also nice to sit outside at the table, with mountain view. The rooms are clean and the towels smell fresh. You can walk from here through the forest to the Organic Tea Garden, which was a nice experience.

I thought the place would be more quiet. You can still hear the traffic from the road. Of course there is little a host can do about this.

The location of Mountain Vibe Ella is fantastic and the views from the rooms and balcony are stunning. Spacious and very clean room, equipped with a kettle, cups and tea and mosquito repelĺent Delicious and satisfying breakfast with a variety of western and Sri Lankan delicacies. The host, Shiraz, was very friendly amd helpfull and assisted with providing information and with booking activities around Ella. I had a great stay at Mountain Vibe Ella5th

The view was absolutely stunning! Shiraz, the owner, is such a funny and accommodating host who ensures everything you need is arranged. The breakfast was incredibly delicious, lovingly prepared by Shiraz himself. Staying here is an absolute must if you're in Ella!

When I read the reviews before booking the room I thought: too good to be true. But it turned out to be true. The room is simple but tastefully decorated. The breakfast is incredibly good., the best I had in years. The most important is the host Shiraz. He sees what his guests need, before they even know it themselves. He has good suggestions to spend time in Ella and surroundings. He arranges tuktuk, taxi, tickets , you name it. Thanks Shiraz!

Beautiful location on top of the hill with a beautiful view, lovely breakfast and very calm environment. Shiraz the owner was amazing and unbelievably helpful with everything

Low pressure of water but that was due to the cyclone and limited supply of water, nothing the owner could influence

I loved it!!! It's like in a movie, waking up in the morning with splendid mountain view, fresh air and sounds of nature. Room was well spaced with lots of shelves, very clean and tidy, with comfortable bed and warm blankets. Breakfast was tasty, healthy and colorful. Shiraz, owner of the place, is very hospitable, helpful and always there for you if you have any question or you need an advice. Thank you for your welcome and hospitality.

Specially thanks Mr.Shiraz brother who is very polite and gentle. Our teammates like him very much and also his Mountain Vibe is tremendous stating. We will come again inshallah. The view is awesome.

I had a wonderful 3 night stay. The breakfast is very good with lots of fruit and a combination of Sri Lanken and European dishes. While you are having breakfast you enjoy the view and are surrounded by all kinds of beautiful birds. It really is a peaceful place up in the mountain. Shiraz the host is really friendly and chill. He is always ready to help. Would really recommend this place!

Nothing. If you like a beautiful view, a peaceful place away from the Centre and don’t mind to have a little walk to the Centre (or take a tuk tuk), and are not looking for a luxury resort, than this is the perfect place for you ❤️

The view from the property was very nice. The breakfast place was good. In real sense it’s called breakfast with a great view. The first day a splendid breakfast was provided with Sri Lankan traditional items like string hoper and coconut sambal, paratha and egg and local fruits. The room had a good view also. There is a good space to sit and enjoy the view too. The host was helpful. He arranged a packed breakfast for us for the 2nd morning which he provided to us at 6 am as we had to leave for the train journey.

The property is located at a 3 minutes inclined walk that is not accessible by car. The host was helpful and carried our luggage. So it wasn’t a problem for us.
