Mountain vibe ella

The host was absolutely amazing, he was so laid back and friendly, happy to ask any questions we had and guide us on what to do and how to reach our next stop. Our breakfast was genuinely incredible and we looked forward to it every morning, definitely the best we have had this trip.

A bit far from town, however this makes it a very relaxing place.

It is a very good stay with a delicious breakfast. We slept here for 3 nights. Shiraz also helped us a lot when I was bitten by a street dog. He came to the hospital himself to help us. That felt very nice because everything is different in Sri Lanka. We are very happy that we spent the night here. We recommend this place to everyone.

Lovely views, kind host who made such an effort for us to help us celebrate our honeymoon and helped plan our days, amazing breakfast, nice room and good WiFi.

Everything about this property was incredible. Lovely stay with a very helpful host. He literally helped us with everything we needed and made us a delicious breakfast every morning. We were a group of 4 and it was a great stay, would highly recommend!

The place is really lovely with a beautiful view of the hills. The room was nicely decorated and clean, and the breakfast was also very good.

It was a little challenging to get to since it is high up on a hill. It wasn't a big deal, but if someone has mobility issues or if you have a lot of luggage, this might be a hindrance.

Location

Behaviour of the host. Totally indifferent. Host was not available in the property at night. Breakfast was not ready till 10 inspite of informing we had a train around 10. When we asked for it he threatened he will cancel the booking NO SHOW & did the same . We were two ladies and I'm a senior citizen and we had a very bad experience there. Bathroom locks broken & didn't close from inside. Totally unpleasant experience and will never recommend for anyone

Shiraz is the best man in Ella! You can ask him anything and definitely get help: he helped us to find a doctor and literally saved me!
