"We love our Rakuten stays, although the unmanned facilities are a bit odd, we love the amenities and the e price is fair"

We liked the spa, the lobby and free drinks and snacks and rooftop deck!

The carpets are looking dirty in the rooms, we actually asked to switch rooms became of it.

Loved the spacious room, a relaxing corner in the room, the onsen and the rooftop! Everything was excellent!

Not much really, just the fact that the hotel is unmanned so noone to ask e.g. for giving sightseeing or restaurant recommendation
