GBI liked that it was close to where I needed to go the next day and that I only had to go up one flight of stairs. Shower was so lovely and clean. I also like that I could microwave my food.
The bathroom mirror is too high and the sink is a handwashing sink so it’s difficult to wash da e without spilling water especially because there is a shelf directly above it. Would be better if the toiletry shelf was to the side, mirror was lower and also toilet roll holder should be on the side not behind the person. I also didn’t find the bed comfortable. This is the biggest concern as I’ll be staying for a week soon and the mattress is very uncomfortable and the pillows are flat not fluffy and bouncy.

No issues for me, it is a building with single glazed windows and I knew that - so expected some noise but didn’t encounter any noises to be fair.

Unfortunately the cleaning staff forgot to clean the room, but mistakes happen and the lovely woman on the phone offered us a different room and extra time at the room.
