There was no electricity and they switched off the generator saying they giving it a break, since I booked the apartment I called several times but there was no answer I even sent a booking.com inbox but still no response. We got to the gate and there was no one opening the gate we waited for a good 10 minutes and phone calls were not answered until the security showed up 10 minutes later. I booked a hotel room but I was taken to a back room and told that the hotel rooms are fully booked. Those back rooms are not even on the pictures because on the pictures they only show us a hotel. That back room was not even clean

Location is great with a beautiful vie of the surroundings

The building in general I couldn’t sleep because of the generator noise The door key was faulty. I had to call one of the staff

Beautiful Place and will visit again.

The room was comfortable, for the discounted price a paid. And for that reason, I can not fault this to much

Being halfway trough a shower and not having water to wash off the soap and shampoo that was applied. Also that they leave ½ empty shampoo and shower gel for next customers to make use of. The seating area outside room coverd with dust. So did not even make use of that facility.
