Cradle Mount Hotel

Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Justice was very accommodating, kind and helpful. The breakfast was delicious.

Nothing. Everything was great.

Warm welcome by the staff,place is clean,beds are comfortable even though we came late they prepared dinner for us and called to notify us about the things we left at the hotel and offer to courier to us. Keep up the good work

The food needs some attention

1. Place was generally clean 2. Rooms were comfortable - bedding to be specific 3. What was seen on images was exactly what we got.

1. Staff was friendly but wasn't very 'staff looking'. No uniforms were present to be able to identify them. Just friendly faces. 2. There were ants all over the dining area where we were seated - even over cutlery 3. Food took extraordinarily long to prepare (above an hour) for three people in an empty dinning area and wasn't that palatable. 4. Lady who took our order couldn't even smile and had a lot of 'attitude'. The menus had a lot of food that was not ready in the kitchen. 5. Bathroom didn't have any areas to hang towels 6. Shower ran out of water while showering

the staff was very friendly

when we wanted to checkout there was no-one at the reception and even called the phone number and was not being picked up only to be told they were in a meeting. you should leave at least one person at reception!
