Cradle Mount Hotel

The hot water is a huge challenge. It comes when it comes. That was the biggest disappointment for me. I will never go back there. Period

the rooms were lovely and bed was comfortable. the shower head could be tightened and water pressure looked at, but overall was amazing and so quiet and peaceful

The location was terrible and felt unsafe. Property is very run down and lacks general maintenance. The room was freezing cold, hot water worked intermittently and sometimes would just stop. Lights randomly flickered during the night even though the light switch was off. Cleaning of the room never happened unless specifically asked. One single key for the room, so when you left the location you would have to leave the key behind for the cleaning of the room. Breakfast for the price was absolutely shocking. I ended up leaving 3 days earlier than planned and found alternative accommodation for the nights I could, because it was prepaid via bookings.com the hotel said “we will give you 50% discount on your next trip” and charged me full prices, even for the dubious breakfast. Drop your expectations if you book this property.
