Hele mooie cottage met een tuintje . De ligging was heel goed . Een paar minuten lopen en dan ben je bij de winkeltjes, pubs en de supermarkt. We vonden het geweldig.

The settee was not very clean and was very uncomfortable. Not enough storage in the main bedroom No pedal bins for the bathrooms for feminine products which was a hygiene and basic requirement. Not sufficient kitchen implements including no kitchen cloth Wardrobe in main bedroom was pretty poor and bottom drawer could not be opened/closed very easily. We had to leave it open the whole week. We both read previous feedback and noted that other people have said similar things, particularly the lack of certain kitchen implements. It is very disappointing to think the owners must have read them and completely ignored them as the facilities are still as lacking and nothing had improved.

Nice, spacious flat, two minutes walk from centre of Rye, with a garden. Full facilities - dishwasher, washing machine and drier etc. Possibility of free on-street parking in front of property, but several paying carparks close by. Very large main bedroom, with en suite shower, plus further bathroom and a downstairs WC. Very good local info provided, plus useful large scale map of Rye on kitchen wall.

There were small things that could have been better maintained - letter box cover loose, locking mechanism on en-suite shower rail didn't work. Cooker hob with old-fashioned electric rings was difficult to control. The stairs to the upper two bedrooms were very steep and could be a problem for older or less able guests to access. Cooking utensils were a bit limited.

Place was great. No better feeling than feeling like at home and that’s what the place does. Highly recommend. Just not on the same dates we want it 😁

Fantastic house with plenty of space, comfortable beds in the best possible location for the town. Loved it!

Only thing I'd change is to add blackout curtains as the bedroom blinds let in too much light.

Gorgeous stay! Comfy beds, great facilities, super clean and lovely extra touches too! Oh, and amazing location!!

The sofa isn’t the most comfortable, but we didn’t spend much time indoors!

Great accommodation near the centre of Rye. Very well equipped and clean house, with everything you need for a wonderful break, including loads of local information. Small lawn and decking area with table and chairs, which was an afternoon sun trap. We loved our stay.
