The house was lovely. Fantastic location.

Sofa was too low, and back cushion not supportive enough, only other thing was we found the bed too soft for us. Apart from that all good.

Road was quite noisy

Stairgate for the kids room wasn't fixed to the wall and the door handle was off the door so unable to safely close at the top of the steep stairs so that is something that can be easily fixed

Location was good. Plenty of parking.

The property is in a very good location close to the town centre and spacious.

It was full of spider webs as it looked like it hasn’t been cleaned properly for ages. Spiders everywhere and the kids were so frightened and couldn’t sleep better. Train noises too much. Stairs too steep for the 2 top bedrooms and not very child friendly especially using toilets at night.

Very modern and extremely tidy, close to the centre of the beautiful Rye. Lovely bedrooms and enough bathrooms for a family.

Situated on quite a busy main road through the town. Can be loud til quite late into the evening, but with the windows closed it is extremely quiet.
