"A fabulous few days in this lovely cottage exploring Rye which is a great place to spend time!"

Quiet cottage in a very good location- close to Rye centre so we were able to explore Rye and also walk out to Rye harbour. The internal space was comfortable, spacious and tastefully decorated.

The top two bedrooms would be a challenge for anyone with mobility problems as the stairs are narrow and steep!

"Comfortable relaxing and we had a great few days in the East Sussex Coast"

It was in walking distance of the Town Centre. Neap Tide was a lovely property. Exceptional clean and beautifully furnished with some quirky details. Bed was very comfortable and en-suite shower was the best we have had in a holiday let. The property was perfect for a much needed break thank you.

great location. very homely. host were great. kitchen well equipped

the sofa was quite uncomfortable. the seats not attached so slipping off.
