I felt secure with the locked gate and the reception and secure lift. I opted for the penthouse suite which is very spacious and had all the facilities needed and was very comfortable to reorganise after a time touring and living out of a suitcase. It was very convenient for the underground station and a fast train into Baker Street. It is also close to a large shopping centre so everything is close by. The instructions to get in to the building were easy to follow

It would be great if there was a drop off area right at the property but it is London and on a busy road.. Everything else was wonderful. It was not cheap but very good value for London.

Ok, reception was not around when we’re checking in. Multiple residents who actually rented the building had to let us into the building. Very good location to the tube, safe surrounding

No good value of room, room is very small, no actually space to sit with the tiny sofa next to the bed. Multiple damp issues found in the room.
