The Hill by Nestor

Staff were really friendly. I was taken to the studio flat and shown everything which was a lovely touch. Located very close to the train station. Nearby park which I didn’t get to visit this time around.

I did hear the trains running when I opened the window but there were also the sounds of birds in between so it did t seem like a really big issue to me. The pillows were too thick for me personally but it’s a minor point. It didn’t stop me from enjoying the stay.

Too small for 2 people would suggest the owners try staying in the small rooms for 3 nights

Location was amazing. Place was quiet and secure. The initial check in team were exceptional. All amenities were included gym , library.

The only thing we didn’t receive was the mid stay clean which was stated. The man at the desk said he would arrange it but must have forgotten. Otherwise everything was perfect.

They gave me a different flat to the one I paid [ I paid for a more expensive one on the top floor , terrace , they give me the one whitheout terrace ] . I ended up in a completely different flat instead.

Great service the apartment was stunning. The only down side is the ceiling windows do not have any blinds and the natural light gets you up very early

There was a problem with my room when I arrived, I spent a night in what was technically a downgrade but was beautiful. Communication was very good and Nest was very fair with making up for the mistake. Both rooms I stayed in were beautiful and very comfortable, area around the apartment felt safe even at night and the metropolitan line right beside made travelling around London easy. I'd be happy to stay here again.

Only negative I can say is in the penthouse suite there was a window going onto the balcony, which was pointed straight at the bed and didn't have a curtain. This made it difficult to get back asleep once I woke up after sunrise.

Great location. Fewer than five minutes on foot from Harrow-on-the-Hill underground station as well as the bus station. Two supermarkets within easy walking distance from accommodation.

Since excellent cooking facilities were provided a second small table would have been appreciated as we were staying as a couple.
