Location, staff , overall floor space.

In conventional property terms, these would more accurately be described as loft or attic apartments rather than penthouses. Guests are not able to select a specific penthouse apartment at the time of booking, nor are they informed in advance whether the allocated apartment will have an external view. Allocation therefore appears random, despite significant differences between the units. As a result, booking a penthouse does not guarantee a consistent or clearly defined experience.

Tres belle residence, belle chambre tres confortable, bonne literie. Moderne, bien equipée,nparfait Personnel tres sympatique et serviable, Salle de sport et salle de travail tres pratiques

Pas de possibilité de petit dejeuner Salle de bain tres sombre, mal eclairée et pas pratique du tout !! (Meme si c'est tres joli !)

Nice building with security features. No parking available, but possibilities nearby at grocery stores. The movable bed was a nice feature to create more living space

The bathroom was small with less space to sit on the toilet.
