Nelle ore prima il receptionist doveva venire ad aprire le porte personalmente Ma dalle 14 alle 15 il receptionist ( giustamente) aveva la pausa pranzo e per questo non avevamo l possibilità di rientrare Nonostante la richiesta fatta, non abbiamo avuto il necessario per lavare i piatti

Dandi has HUGE mistake by allowing Nestor Real Estate to manage the property.Nestor confirmed my 12am check-in by calling me back. I flew from NYC to London and planned everything to arrive exactly 12 am at the property, but NOBODY opened. Nestor REFUSED to answer my calls. I opened my Booking. com app, DIFFERENT staff member had written that check-in was ONLY available from 3pm. I had to wait outside, in the rain, for THREE HOURS completely exhausted after arriving from New York. When I finally checked in at 3:10 pm, the room was NOT the same as the one listed. It was half the size of the advertised room, in a different position, no windows. The property informed me that Nestor the real-estate manager, is responsible for all reservation issues changes or request and that Nestor prevents the property from resolving anything directly. Nestor declined all my calls. I was stressed, tired, and soaked after waiting three hours in the rain. I ended up staying one week in that room. Nestor showed ZERO RESPECT, ZERO COMMUNICATION, ZERO PROFESSIONALISM . I was in London working on an official case with the federal police, helping YOUR government, in response, Nestor ignored all my calls , give me all the time copy paste messages , Not resolution , not real communication. ABSOLUTELY NO ORGANISATION. Some staff have ZERO English comprehension. THE NESTOR REAL STATE MANAGEMENT TEAM , ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE UNPROFESSIONAL. I DONT RECCOMENDED NESTOR REAL STATE , ABSOLUTELY NOT . DON'T DO THAT .

New room, clean, responsive customer service, comfortable, spacious, clean, friendly staff. Great location minutes walk from train station, bus station, shopping malls

Kettle!!! Horrible. To make a cup of tea have to keep pressing power on 5 or 6 times. What a nightmare. Too sofisticated to use. A simple kitchen kettle that boils water at the press of a button is enough. Can't wait to go home for that alone!!

Location is Great!

Extremely disappointing experience. When I arrived, the apartment was dirty and clearly not cleaned after previous guests — there was trash left in the bin, dirty packaging and tissues in the sink, and the bathroom shelves without shower/shampoo gel. It was shocking to find the place in such a state. I contacted the host immediately after check-in and they promised to send someone to fix it, but nothing was ever done. I ended up having to clean parts of the place myself just to make it livable. For the price, this is absolutely unacceptable. The host clearly doesn’t take cleanliness or guest experience seriously. I would strongly advise avoiding this property until they improve their cleaning standards and follow through on their commitments.

The location, building and room were of a very high standard and everything was perfect for my stay. The customer service was responsive and extremely accommodating - can’t wait to go back

Lovely interior. Clean space, really accommodating.

Location is a bit distant to central london but still very manageable with the train close by.
