Great location, about a three-minute walk to the train and bus station. Very secure as it's a gated area only accessible with the keycard. The staff were really friendly, and the entire building is so beautifully decorated. There are three lifts in the building and signs everywhere, so you won't get lost. The library and the gym were amazing too!

I found the oven was really tricky to use at first. I had to search up the manual online, but after that, it was all good. I had to purchase a few kitchen items, like a mixing bowl and a cooking dish, because none were available.

Great location, friendly staff, building was fairly quiet.

Got bitten by insects in the bed multiple nights So many facilities I wasn’t aware of how to access because when I checked in I was just given my key and a card

The property was clean, very spacious and the area was located to the station so very convenient

Location was great and easy to get to from tube station. Modern and clean! Bathroom could use an extra light.

We asked a bunch of times if we had a King Bed. It was confirmed numerous times by Kate. Knowing we were coming from US and asking about a King we assumed it would be an American King. My husband is very tall so we were disappointed in the fact it was a UK King which is much smaller than a US King.
