Great property

The property is in need of a total renovation. It is old and dated and feels like the servant quarters of the resort on the other side of the water feature. At check-in we were given a rubber wristband that had no functionality and were not informed until over and hour later that we needed to go see the concierge at another property, four miles away. The room was clean, at surface level, but we spilled a little bit of water on the floor and the paper towel used to wipe up the spill became black from the floor. The machine machine, dishwasher, and ice maker were all very loud and the shower squealed. Every time the upstairs unit open the door to the lanai, it sounded like they were dragging the whole bed across the floor. The pool was very small and there was no available gym. We were allowed to use the pools at the accompanying resort, but not their gym. Really?! The only redeeming quality was the short walk to the beach, but even that wasn't great. The beach is very short and full of debris, and can't swim there, and the wind and water were driving into your face no matter where you stood on the beach. If this were my first Wyndham experience, I would never want anything to do with the company again. Unless you're just looking for a crash pad, I would stay away.

The staff are so friendly and helpful. We love that we were able to cook and wash our clothes without issues. The entire process was seamless and we would stay here again.

Very nice hotel, and everything around is beautiful, very nice pools and view from the balcony. It's great that the room has everything, including an iron, a washing machine and dryer, a coffee maker, a microwave, a kettle and a stove for cooking. I'm very satisfied. I was with a small child and it was difficult to constantly carry the stroller to the third floor, but our room had such a beautiful view that carrying the stroller was not a problem for me. There is also everything you need on the street, including barbecues and umbrellas. I'm happy that I was there and if I ever get to this amazing island again, I will only come to this hotel. The staff is also very nice. Thank you!

We enjoyed our stay. The location, the staff, the resort are wonderful. The suite was dated. Could use some TLC

If you like to be on the go and explore this is perfect base camp. If not, this might not meet your expectations. The pools are nice but not over the top. The beach is beautiful but not for chilling or swimming. The units are well appointed but ours was outdated. Like NO SMART TV! And at night you just want to unwind for a bit before bed with NO commercials lol. But again the perfect mid point to bounce back and forth to everything and staff are wonderful

Nice location just off the highway and on the beach. Though beach was rough but beautiful. Our family of 5 shared the 2 bedroom and it was huge! Beds were amazingly comfy. The pull out could use an update but was actually comfy. Place was a bit queen down but very clean. I would recommend.
