Kauai Beach Villas

The beach was nearby. Can’t swim at the beach, but it’s beautiful. Staff was friendly and helpful. One issue was that our room was scheduled for a bug spraying. We had to evacuate for 4 hours with no compensation.

The property overall was nice, especially since you can use the facilities next door at the outrigger. Negitives were no clear directions on how to operate the ac unit or tv. Never could get the bedroom tv to work. Furniture in living area needs updated. And broken shutter(on ground level condo) needed repaired.

We enjoyed the stay. Having access to the Outrigger resort made a big difference. The villas are dated, but it appears Outriggers is investing in updates.

Didnt care for no elevator but had a good stay

The room was spacious and comfortable. The pools and grounds were beautiful. Quiet and relaxing atmosphere. Close walk to the beach. Central location to explore the island. All the staff was friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

It was clean but had about 20 flies staying in the condo. Also for the condo was very old and for the $ i paid was not worth it.

The Expedia listing does not accurately reflect the accommodation. We arrived to: - Unacceptable level of cleanliness (dirty walls, carpet, kitchen cabinets)  - Severely stained carpeting - Severely stained furniture (almost all pieces in the living room)  - Damaged furniture  - Terrible odor in the main bedroom and bathroom. - Toilets that barley flush - Damaged mirrors throughout the unit  - Burnt out light bulbs  - Moldy lampshades   I am extremely frustrated with Expedia for not holding property managers accountable when they post a fraudulent listing, which is a statement I feel extremely confident in making, the ad was fraudulent!

We liked access to the pools. Didn’t like that we couldn’t get clean towels

There were 4 adults & 1 child on our vacation. From check-in to Check-out the staff of Shaine, Chelsie, Jade and Cassandra. One of the pluses was a loan shed that we utilized for chairs & & umbrellas. The rooms were clean & spacious & the Hot tub & pool were clean & well maintained. The outdoor kitchen was a plus.
