Rutland Hall Hotel & Spa

Beautiful building and location. Open space and fresh air.

No ventilation in bathroom.

The location was excellent and the hotel was very beautiful but a bit confusing to start with. The beds were very comfortable.

The restaurant had run out of a lot of the choices. They were very apologetic but it was a little disappointing . The food that was served was good but the price of the food was very expensive .

Breakfast was nice and plenty of selection, lovely restaurant

The spa wasn’t open on time so this spoilt ours time as only there for 1 night . Delayed the whole day

Location & grounds were so peaceful.

King room wasn’t as grand as previous king rooms I’ve stayed in. The view from the room was a brick wall!!!

This is a beautiful hotel set in idyllic surroundings. Rooms with a view are worth paying for.

Restaurant and service. Over priced, service charge auto added ( not deserved), item unavailable on the menu.

The property was lovely

Too dark in the rooms no daylight coming in, buggy service was terrible, only one buggy for the whole of the hotel so a lot of time wasted on the elderly people who wanted a buggy but not any staff to assist, terrible service.

Great view great staff

Definitely dog unfriendly - they try and shuffle dog owners into sub standard rooms - very busy with weddings - bar poorly stocked kitchen poorly stocked half the menu was unavailable

Old rooms, lack of maintenance, lift not working, marks in walls, bathroom not fully clean
