"Lovely setting, accessibility not great and room was expensive."

A beautiful setting by the lake.

Parking was a problem near our room. Our lift was out of order and we were on the 2nd floor. Reception was busy with only one member of staff at check in. And thought room rate was expensive.

Nice location

Very small rooms. The ceiling in the shower was very low. I had to crouch down to take a shower. The lift was out of service. The swimming pool was supposed to open at 7am, but at 8:15 the personnel hadn't shown up yet. No air conditioning (just a fan) and the room was very hot.

"A lovely place to spend a weekend treating my wife to peace and quiet"

The place is lovely. The decor is a bit dated but that's an internal issue. The people were great. The pool was good. The lake was the star of the show. They offer buggies to get around the resort, very thoughtful. A bit more park seating would be appreciated for an older person, like me. Overall fair value for money.

No air-con in the room. Not nearly enough lighting in a 'disabled' room. Good job my disability wasn't sight related. The drain under the shower sounds like something from that Monsters Inc film trying to get out from underneath!

Location. Room clean

No air con/fan in room which i enquired on arrival Music playing until 12 o'clock Placed on 3rd floor when I have problems with my needs Lots of items on the menu were not available but were not told until we ordered. Wine was warm so had to return and have our meal with just water. Cheese was served at end of meal with sliced white bread
