"Rude host, didn't make me check in, despite a valid reservation. Stay away from this place!"

Unfortunately I cannot rate 0/10 otherwise I would have done it! Despite my booking confirmation, the host told me they are fully booked... I even made a local call them, and she was rude to them too. If you are not able to be in this business, just don't!

The owner is the loveliest lady and super helpful! The beds are big and comfortable, hot showers and amazing breakfast. Can’t recommend enough!

Dislike

The owner of this cottage is a cunning old lady. I booked a room on Booking.Com for less than $10, but she said it was the price of a bed! She required me to pay a double price for the room with a shared bathroom. This is the most shameless person I have encountered in my travels around the world. Expect Booking.Com to give me an explanation and a solution.

"Great spot and host, close to everything!"

Great budget option in the center of Ella. Very welcoming host, close to rail station. Shared, but very clean washroom with hot water. Home cooked dinners and breakfast were great!

Not much common or outside areas. Small window in room.
